Refunds & Exchange
We hope that you are happy with your BARK jewellery.
If for any reason you change your mind, or if your product is faulty, we would be happy to offer a full refund or an exchange.
To request a refund or an exchange, please notify us by email at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt, stating the style, your name and contact details, and whether you wish to have an exchange or refund.
The item must be returned undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging. If the jewellery is marked or show obvious signs of wear or abuse, no refund will be issued and the jewellery will be returned at the customer’s cost.
We do not accept any responsibility for postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Therefore we recommend you return items via an insured and reliable postal service. Please be aware that postage cost will not be refunded.
If you wish to cancel /amend your order, this can be done within 24 hours by Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
