Delivery Information

Every piece of jewellery that you order will be lovingly hand made and shipped from our London studio, .

If your item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 3 working days.  

Many of our pieces are made specially to order, therefore we ask If you need a piece sooner, or by a specific date, just email us at mail@barkjewels.com and of course we will try our best to meet your request.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number and details of how to track your parcel. As the parcel requires a signature, please ensure that there will be someone there to receive it.

Please note that all payments must be received before shipment.

Rates

Shipping is free on all orders over £150.

UK Delivery :  Shipping costs on orders under £150 is £5. Your parcel is dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, a secure service which requires a signature upon receipt. Delivery will take 1-2 working days.

Delivery outside of the UK

Buyers outside the UK - we love you! However, please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect these taxes for you at the time of purchase. Please be aware of what your tax rate is so you do not have an unpleasant surprise.

Delivery to Europe :  Shipping costs on orders under £150 is £13. Your parcel is dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service, a secure service which requires a signature upon receipt. Delivery will take 5-7 working days.

Delivery to rest of the world :  Shipping costs on orders under £150 is £15. Your parcel is dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service, a secure service which requires a signature upon receipt. Delivery will take 7-9 working days.
